KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 9 — Malaysia’s wholesale and retail trade had contracted by 5.9 per cent for the whole of 2020 — a historical low, according to the Department of Statistics Malaysia’s report on the Performance of Wholesale and Retail Trade for December 2020.

PUTRAJAYA, Nov 26 — Ischaemic heart diseases remained as the principal causes of death in Malaysia with 16,325 deaths or 15.0 per cent of total medically certified deaths, said Chief Statistician Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 13 (Bernama) -- Malaysia’s gross domestic product (GDP) decreased at a slower pace of -2.7 per cent in the third quarter of 2020 (3Q20) from the 17.1 per cent contraction in the second quarter of 2020, said the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).
